You’re being asked to do a memory and thinking assessment because it helps us understand your current memory and thinking abilities. It also helps us to match you with studies and trials opportunities that are most appropriate for you.

Each test measures different aspects of thinking, like memory, attention and problem solving. Using multiple tests helps researchers gain a more accurate picture of your overall memory and thinking.

This is a measure of ‘cognition’, which means how we think and learn. The test looks at things like attention, memory, and problem‑solving.

If you have a technical problem (for example, the page won’t load), someone can help with that | It is important that you don’t ask for help in answering the practice tasks or tests | Don’t worry if you find the assessment difficult. Everyone will respond differently to the assessment and all answers will be helpful to us.
